The Planning & Estimation Coordinator supports the planning and estimation teams by coordinating schedules, gathering data, preparing reports, and ensuring timely flow of information between departments. This role bridges the gap between the technical and administrative sides of project planning and costing. Key Responsibilities:Planning Coordination: Assist in developing and updating project schedules and timelines. Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to collect daily/weekly progress data. Support in preparing and tracking project milestone reports and timelines. Maintain and update the master project calendar. Ensure timely collection of site progress photos, daily logs, and resource reports. Estimation Coordination: Assist in preparing preliminary and detailed cost estimates based on drawings and BOQs.
